The breakout hit of the Scandanavian Film Festival, TOUCH was written and directed by award-winning Icelandic filmmaker Baltasar Kormákur (known for his films EVEREST, ADRIFT, and series TRAPPED) and is based on the best-selling Icelandic novel by Ólafur Jóhann Ólafsson.


It's a big budget film yet is completely European in tone and feel as its captures the books intimate story of passionate love and cross-cultural connection.

The  story  spans several decades and continents as it  follows one man's emotional journey to find his first love again. 70-year-old widower Kristófer (Egill Ólafsson, TRAPPED)  embarks on a remarkable journey to London right when the pandemic hits.
